Sorry to hear that, but I feel your pain. Too often church leaders don't really understand what it takes to do technical ministry well, and thus put unrealistic expectations on their volunteers. Worse, as in your case, they fail to appreciate the efforts, however imperfect, of those that do serve. 

It's flat out ignorance, really. Hopefully by talking and posting about it, we can change it. 

Thanks for reading and I trust God will lead you to a place where your gifts and contribution are appreciated! By the way, I've got some openings on our tech team ';-)...
