We have always done pretty well with cabling, but I have run into some instances when a cable was put in place &quot;temporarily,&quot; so no one bothered to label it.  Of course, temporary basically became permanent, and now we have an unlabeled cable!

Good point about shrink wrap with labels -- I&#039;ve also had hand-written labels fade out to the point of being illegible after a couple of years.  (Now where does this DA feed go?  The label is blank!)   Arrgghh!!!
